Booking conditions

 

The cottages can be booked by the night.

 

Arrival is from 5pm (earlier if possible)

Departure must take place no later than 10am.

 

 

Special conditions:

Weekend: 2 nights minimum

School holidays: minimum 3 nights

Summer school holidays: weekly bookings

The minimum number of nights may be reduced depending on the booking schedule.

Special features of public holidays:

Easter : April 3-6, 2026 (3 nights)

Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May 2026 (3 nights)

Friday 8th to Sunday 10th May 2026 (3 nights)

Ascension: May 14-17, 2026 (4 nights)
Pentecost: from May 22 to 25, 2026 (3 nights).

 

 

We would like to inform you that pets are welcome for an additional fee. (Please contact us for details.)

The cleaning fee (optional)

 

You can subscribe to a cleaning package for €40. This package does not include the following services, which remain your responsibility:

- Cleaning and putting away dishes and household appliances.

- Putting the furniture back in place.

- Removal of the contents of the bins. The containers are at your disposal.

 

If you have not opted for the cleaning fee, we ask that you return the accommodation in the same condition as you found it.
